Scanners are available near the Reserve Desk on the Library's lower level and in the Law Reference section on the upper level.
Scanned files can be saved to a USB drive, Google Drive, or Dropbox. Additionally, files can be emailed or printed.
Please note that students may use the scanners for limited periods when the Library is busy.
Scanning is free.
Individuals should not scan or copy an entire book, as this constitutes a copyright infringement. For more information on copyright compliance, please refer to the CUNY Office of Library Services page on Fair Use and Copyright.
To make scanned PDFs full-text searchable using OCR:
