After sending a document to print from a library computer, a popup on your screen will ask for your John Jay ID and password. Go to a Print Release Station (located next to the printers) and enter the same ID and password. Select the "Print" button next to the desired document(s).
Print jobs can be sent from a personal phone or laptop to an EZprint station or any print release station in the Library. Please refer to our Wireless Printing page for further details.
Guest Library users may create a printing account in order to access printing services.
The Library offers three designated ADA-compliant computers, which are situated on height-adjustable desks and equipped with large-print, high-contrast keyboards. Patrons who require these computers for accessibility purposes have priority. If you encounter any difficulties accessing these computers, please ask a library staff member for assistance. When the library is closed, contact the Office of Accessibility Services for information about other accessible computer resources, training, and login details.
Locations: One computer is located near the Reserve Desk on the lower level, while the other two are located on the upper level near the Reference Desk. All three ADA computer workstations are connected to high resolution scanners.
Software: These computers come equipped with accessibility software.
