The DREAM Act

In general, the Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors (DREAM) Act is a bi-partisan piece of legislation that would allow students who entered the US by age 16 to remain in the United States.  Introduced in 2009, the following links touch on some the Act's many provisions and revisions.  The Library databases Academic Search Complete and Lexis Nexis are good places to start DREAM Act research.
