Ebook Central (formerly Ebrary), is a constantly expanding collection of thousands of ebooks in a broad variety of disciplines.
The majority, but not all, of these ebooks are available to an unlimited number of users at the same time. A few books, however, are like print books and can only be accessed by one person at a time. If a book is unavailable, check back in a little while.
Printing limitations vary by publisher but in most cases you can print up to 40% of an ebook.
